With more than 15 years of experience in energetic healing and personal development, her work integrates science, spirit, and strategy in ways that are both deeply intuitive and practically actionable.
A Path Woven from Many Traditions
A registered nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Coach (NC-BC), Sabrina blends the grounded presence of healthcare with multidimensional energetic practice.
Her training and lived experience span Eastern philosophies, meditation and mindfulness, Vedic science, integrated health, Reiki, and advanced energy medicine.
From Curiosity to Calling
Born in Ukraine and raised in the United States, Sabrina grew up outside the structure of organized religion, yet felt an unshakable pull toward the spiritual and the unknown. That curiosity led her to study esoteric teachings, mystic traditions, and energetic practices, always seeking ways to weave the sacred into everyday life.
During a pivotal spiritual awakening, guided explorations into cellular and octopus physiology revealed powerful metaphors for intelligence, adaptability, and distributed wisdom. When translated into a practical structure, these insights became the foundation of The Life System Framework—Sabrina’s personal operating system, which later evolved into a public offering.
Her path has taken her through retreats, initiations, and deep inner work across the globe. The Life System Framework, EquilibriOM Wellness, and Sacred Interior are living expressions of that journey—each designed to help others organize their lives, align with inner guidance, and create systems and spaces that support lasting transformation.
